Each product is listed with a price including VAT. In the checkout, you can see the total price including all fees, taxes, shipping, and payment. Payment terms are specified in the checkout depending on the chosen payment method.

We reserve the right to cancel your order in case of any errors in the pricing or product information. We also reserve the right to cancel your order in case of suspicion of fraud or other illegal activity.

Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clear that you are withdrawing. The withdrawal period starts on the day you received the product or a substantial part of it. If the contract concerns a custom-made product or a product that has been given a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period starts on the day we provided the information. You do not have the right of withdrawal if:
the service has started during the withdrawal period with your consent, the price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market, such as a stock, the product cannot be returned due to its nature, the seal has been broken on audio or video recordings or computer programs. Sealing also refers to technical sealing.
When you have used your right of withdrawal:
You are obliged to keep the product in as good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose your right of withdrawal.

The delivery time is indicated in the shopping cart under each shipping method. If a product has a different delivery time, it is indicated with the respective product.

Unclaimed products are returned to us. For all packages that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge you for the return shipping costs, handling fee and administration fee, currently 150 SEK.

Returns are made at your own expense, except if the product is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not cash on delivery. When you have used your right of withdrawal, you should send or return it to us.

If you have used your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the product as soon as possible, or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the product. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs when you send the product back.
