Right of withdrawal and returns

We at Nordic Pole Passion offer of course the right of withdrawal on our products. If you for some reason are not completely satisfied with your order, you have the opportunity to return it within 14 days after you have received it.

In order to use your right of withdrawal, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. It is important that you inform us of your intention to return the product by contacting our customer service. You are responsible for the return shipping and we recommend that you send the product with trackable shipping.

Refund of the paid amount will be made within 30 days after we have received and checked the product. We refund the money to the same payment method you used when you bought.

Please note that some products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal due to hygienic reasons or if they are custom made. This will be clearly stated in the product description.
